The ARB Software Package

ARB is a freely available, integrated software package for (rRNA) sequence analysis and under constant development within the group of Wolfgang Ludwig at the Technical University (TU) Munich.

ARB/SILVA Training

Since more than ten years, the ARB/SILVA team offers regular workshops for the software package ARB and the corresponding rRNA gene databases in Bremen, Germany.

The courses also cover the theory of phylogenetic analysis and probe design and offer extensive hands-on tutorials. They take place on a biannual basis and are open for basic and advanced users.

Automatic Linux + ARB Installation DVD
