Website Updated

As some of you may have noticed from our Tweet we have updated the SILVA website this week.

The following changes have been implemented:

We enhanced our collaboration with <link http://www.microbial-ecology.net/probebase/ _blank external-link-new-window probeBase>probeBase
by adding the "ProbeBase search" formular. Now you can easily get detailed information about probes you are using on our TestProbe page. You can find an HowTo on our <link 748#3088 - internal-link "Opens internal link in current window">TestProbe documentation page
.

The taxonomic browser can now show your TestProbe results and allows adding subgroups of the result to your cart. In the updated TestProbe tutorial, you can find an <link 748#3090 - internal-link "Opens internal link in current window">example
on how to show TestProbe results in the browser.

The search page has a new "Replace Cart With Current Search Result" button when you search for subgroups in your cart.

We are always happy to get feedback, criticisms or problem reports from our users so don't hesitate to <link typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:typo3/mailto:contact@arb-silva.de - mail "contact the silva team">contact
us.
